Shipping Policy

All Hang Hero orders are typically processed within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and sent through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Orders are currently shipped within the United States only.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and USPS delivery schedules. In most cases, customers can expect their order to arrive within several business days after shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information so you can monitor the delivery progress of your package.

Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Hang Hero is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during the ordering process.

During busy periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer. Our team always works to ship orders as quickly as possible.

 

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

·         The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase

·         The product must be returned in its original packaging

·         The product must be unused and in resalable condition

Once the returned product is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error with your order.
